1jj6 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 1jj6 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, games, and services operated at https://1jj6.club.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered and maintained by you on the 1jj6 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or instant game offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or promotional awards credited to your account by 1jj6 under an active promotional offer.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1jj6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account:

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money features on the 1jj6 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 1jj6 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information if any of these details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj6 login credentials. 1jj6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify 1jj6 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• KYC Verification: 1jj6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 1jj6 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining Real Funds balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1jj6 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). 1jj6 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 1jj6 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits that exceed certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa on fully verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within four (4) business hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours subject to network conditions.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used at the discretion of the 1jj6 Finance team.
• Fees: 1jj6 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider are outside the control of 1jj6 and are your responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in PKR equivalent values. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 1jj6 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1jj6 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second bonus unless the first has been fully wagered or forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, including Mini Baccarat and live roulette, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. • Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse Prevention: 1jj6 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies specifically to clear bonus requirements.
• Discretion: 1jj6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 1jj6 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

• Game Integrity: All casino games on the 1jj6 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed software providers. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or the recording of a bet, 1jj6 reserves the right to void the affected round. If a malfunction results in an erroneously large win being displayed, that win will not be honoured and the round will be declared void.

• Maximum Win: Individual game win caps may apply and will be stated within each game's rules. 1jj6 reserves the right to apply a platform-wide maximum single-session win limit, details of which are available from customer support upon request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jj6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to defraud 1jj6 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any player who identifies a bug or error must report it to 1jj6 support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds, depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or cycling funds through the Platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1jj6 support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

1jj6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following specific grounds for suspension apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player through Responsible Gaming tools.
• Any regulatory or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be dealt with in accordance with the findings of 1jj6's internal investigation. Funds that are not directly associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will generally be returned to the source payment method, net of any administrative costs incurred by 1jj6 as a result of the breach. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of suspension for breach of Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1jj6 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and trademarks — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1jj6 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 1jj6 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 1jj6.

Game content provided by third-party software suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming, remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is made available to players on the 1jj6 Platform under the terms of 1jj6's software licensing agreements.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 1jj6 is not liable for losses incurred during unscheduled downtime caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party network failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj6 holds its international gaming licence. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to 1jj6 customer support at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. 1jj6 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
